If i could give this place zero stars i would that would be giving a false review as they deserve less ... the food is cold as its left unattended on the Pass.. the staff don't care and give the impression customers are an inconvenience.. after finding my order was wrong and had returned to get the correct item they gave me the right item COLD .. and the rest of my order was cold .. they weren't interested

SLOW SLOW SLOW and once again SLOW every time same problem, not enough staff taking impact on customers waiting for their food, I'm sorry but waiting for 20 min when it's not even busy ?!?!?!?!

Wouldn?t let me get meat patties on their own even though others let you at other services for a separate price why am I going to pay for a full burger that I simply cannot eat I have allergies so think this is pretty ridiculous and disgraceful not to mention the staff was dancing around in the back of the kitchen messing about so was also hard to get their attention in the first place

Ordered the Angus peppercorn special and peppercorn loaded fries. What a disappointment. £15+ for a cold burger and fries. Fries were precooked and maybe reheated which made them taste around a day old. Burger tasted nice but lacked the all important temperature. A peppercorn burger is a nice idea, but I would advise going to Aldi for the ingredients and making it at home.

Cold fries. After asking I was given another cold serving. Eventually I received fresh but this was very reluctant.

Two breakfasts on a small tasteless muffin, with undercooked fatty bacon ,2 overcooked cardboard sausage?s. Waited 20 minutes for this overpriced rubbish,
My advice don?t bother ordering there ,plenty of other places to buy from .

Absolutely disgusting found big piece of a fake eyelash in my food, brought it back to the counter. Never even apologised just asked do I wanna want replace my fries I had to go get sick. Absolutely disgusting

A small restaurant is located on the ground floor. Full menu, friendly service. True to order, tasty, warm.

Parking: A lot of places. For TIR sets the fee is £33
Wheelchair accessibility: Good entry.
