AVOID AVOID - I would give 0*s if I could.My wife needed to get a bridesmaid dress altered for her friends wedding. We went on a Saturday to be told ?we don?t do alterations on a Saturday? to then ?get in the changing room? she rushed the pinning of the dress but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. My wife asked if it would be pressed and they said yes.Fast forward 2 weeks later, my wife collects the dress and tried on at home to find they have shorted the dress too much at the back, by a good 6 inch so it looks really odd and still really creased?12 days before the wedding.My wife called and spoke to Mark who said he would investigate.Called back the next day to say the cut off was level all the way around and it must have been the dress that was not square. He was rude started to shout to say ?we should have measured it before bringing it in? ..why should we?! we are not professionals!! Why didn?t the seamstress realise it was shorter at the back? but she carried on anyway!He didn?t want to give the liability insurance details and now my wife can?t wear the bridesmaid dress for the wedding, no refund, no apology.Would not recommend this place, ruined dress and 0 customer service.Services: Clothes pressing

I went in for a jacket turning up they told me they were unable to do it has too complicated but if they did do it it would cost around £60! The jacket was only £20 so I tried somewhere else. It was done by someone else in 2dats and cost me £18. Safe to say I will not be using this company ever

We've had such a bad experience with these people from Brighouse Cleaners.I dropped my curtains off at the Co up in Thongsbridge to be cleaned and a repair on one of them.Four curtains for my lounge windows.Inky 3 came back and they smelt awful and didn't look like they had been cleaned at all. The one for repair was missing.I phoned them up to say one was missing and Martin the owner said he would have a look. A week later he still gaunt got back to me. I rang the shop and spoke to Jackie said she would have a look for it.The other 3 curtains weresent back to them as the smell from the first clean was awful.Still only 3 came back.I phone them again and got a different excuse everyone. Jackie said only 3 were sent from the co op in thongsbridge and not 4.The Co Op said 4 was given to the delivery driver. Then she said it must have been sent to another Co op. There were so many excuses.They have obviously lost it or ruined it.It's just been one lie after another.We were without curtains for weeks and had to buy new ones as we couldn't get another curtain to match.I sent an email to the owner called Martin to say we have had to buy new curtains. Still he's telling lie after lie.Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

Have used brighouse dry cleaners now twice through belper cooperative. Recently sent a coat in to be dry cleaned and a tear in the seam repaired. The coat was in quite a state. It has come back looking like new. Really recommend this dry cleaners.

I?ve paid £7.20 for dry cleaning of my dress. Dress got back dirty with fake tan that I don?t use and stinks like it was dippers in petrol. Thieves and scammers!
