Compared to my previous two care providers I consider this company to be outstanding.As requested. Woodhall have provided me with one carer during the week for all my calls which helps with continuity.My carer knows me and my needs well which leaves me feeling happy and safe.All the carers have been efficient and considerate. I have also found all staff at Woodhall to be incredibly helpful and kind.Thank you Woodhall.

Just wanted to thank Woodhall care for their exceptional care standards and work ethic. All the staff here are kind, caring and compassionate individuals. The management team is also very on board with taking patient feedback which helps make sure all patients are receiving the best care possible.

Where do I start, the service that gets provided is absolutely amazing the staff is very loveable and they take great care and passion in their job. They always create a very warm environment and most of all they make a person feel very comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Woodhall Care Services have stepped in at short notice to care for my Mum. We have two carers, Yasmeen and Sam. They are both so lovely, kind and caring. They've made what is a difficult situation to feel much easier and helped us adapt to needing carers. The communication is fantastic and they are always punctual. We can't thank them enough for the care they've given to my Mum.

I realise that people tend to submit reviews when they've had a bad experience. I have done this myself on several occasions.For once I can submit a review that's positive! All the carers my mum has had so far have been nothing shirt of amazing! For me they have been a lifeline. They've always arrived on time and treated my mum with dignity. I've never had a problem getting through to the office and any changes have been swiftly implemented.Supportive and professional I would be happy to recommend their services.

Absolute horrendous experience with them. Communication is the biggest issue, carers don't listen and cant wait to get out the door. Can't follow simple instructions even when I took a tin of food out the cupboard for them to warm up, they still couldn't get it right. I asked twice for a different carer and was told told this would be done only to find her back the next day. Can't get a hold of a manager everytimebi call I get someone different.

My late mother had experienced a few care providers. The first was fine but the council moved her to Care Unique on Leeds Road. What a nightmare they turned out to be. We persevered with them but patience and complaining were futile. We eventually moved to Woodhall Care Services. What a breath of fresh air they turned out to be. I wish I could give them 6 stars. True caring as it should be. Thanks a million Woodhall.

A care company to avoid. Some of the carers were okay including Shakeela and a few others who did the job as they were suppose to. Some of the carers had a attitude problem and they didn't know the difference between recycling and housewaste bins. They threw a nappy bag in recycling.

Absolute shambles of a company they don't even deserve 1 star can't do their jobs correctly there is not 1 bit of care shown in made numerous complaints about they lack of care and mistakes made by them to my family member and nothing changed they lie in their care nalotes stating they have completed things when they haven't and left my family member in a state that needed emergency medical attention and could have been potentially fatal and when I contacted them tried to make up excuses and made out I was lying wile my family member was been taken to hospital by ambulance iv now involved safeguarding this company should not be allowed to operate ??This would not be the first time they have made major mistake and upon confrontation basically made my family member out to be a liar they won't hear the last of this ??
