Terrible online delivery customer service. My order is now nearly 2 hours late and no-one attempted to even let me know! I have to ring them to find out what?s happening - been on the phone to customer service for over 30 minutes now, waiting to speak to K. Barraclough, the agent?s supervisor. All line managers apparently on calls to customers - can?t say I?m surprised if this is how they perform.

Dreadful ?customer service? on the phone. All three times the different ladies have failed to offer, show any care, or even attempt to pretend they do. Try not doing marketing offers when local stores don?t have cafes cos you?ve been closing them. If you want new card members to have a free hot drink why not just let us get it from the machine and get a manager to void it at the till? You act like it?s rocket science and heading in to store was doing myself a favour. I would have spent in store in store if walking too if you actually just have me that FREE hot drink I can?t get! Pathetic

Just left morrisons in Idle, no staff, place a mess with fridge and frozen items abandoned on shelves, boxes with toys ripped open and empty biscuit wrappers on the floor. Asked to speak to a manager about the fact that we had to wait for someone to come and authorise wine for nearly 5 minutes as there was only 1 person manning all the self check out tills?.. no manager came! My experience today has reminded me why I have swapped Morrisons for Aldi and Sainsburys and I will not be shopping in Morrisons again! Oh? and much more expensive than other supermarkets too?. My husband worked with Ken Morrison and he would have been appalled at what he saw today..You?ve lost your way Morrisons!!!

Shocking at least, no words, to try to explain why Morrison?s is so messy, dirty , a proper third world shop . What?s wrong with this country shops can?t look tidy , clean , appealing . From food out of date, expensive with very poor quality, very poor hygiene.WHY???

Unacceptable customer service. As a new customer, two emails to their service centre have been wilfully ignored - not even an email confirming receipt is sent!
Also, some stores deliver goods in carrier bags, some don?t. Being disabled, I cannot transfer goods from their delivery bins to something else - carrier bags would be extremely helpful, but I?m in area where they don?t use bags.
I note that Morrisons are one of the few companies that can?t even be bothered to interact with these online reviews. Basically, Morrisons want your money, and it?s tough if you need any help beyond that!
Unacceptable service. It looks like I?ll be one of your briefest ever customers.
Update: Morrisons have illegally attempted to take two payments for the same order from my account, unauthorised, of course. I had £25 of items unavailable from my order (£25!), so they billed me correctly for the lower amount, but then also billed me a second time for the full order. This second, illegal payment is pending on my account, meaning the bank has deducted it from my available balance. Customer services said this is a ?glitch? which ?should? correct itself soon.
I strongly advise, avoid Morrisons!

Morrisons is the worst place to shop if you are single!
Their pricing is against single people.
If you can't buy the multi buy offer, the item will cost you up to 30% and more extra.
They won't allow you to buy at the savings price.
It's buy it or don't.
Example: Grapes 3 for £5, that's £1.66 each but to buy just 1 they're £2.75 each.
They won't allow you to buy 1 for £1.66
That is ripping single people off!???
And they don't care!
The price should be the same for everyone!
Most things in their stores are like this.
If you're single shop somewhere else!

I've only got 1 grandchild so would only buy 1, but I would be paying 33.3% more just because I only need or can use 1

Absolutely non existent customer care. After ages on the hold, someone picks up on the other side of the world and could not hear a thing I was saying? This happens all the time.

Do Morrisons sell Halal meat, without informing its customers??
Over 109,000 people signed a petition wanting ALL OF the NON-STUN slaughter of animals, to be banned IN THE UK.
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RELIGION. The non-stun slaughter is barbaric. We have welfare concerns, believing that it causes unnecessary suffering and distress to animals.
I would never knowingly buy or eat Halal meat.
I believe you as the CEO of the Morrison chains. Have the responsibility to let me and thousands of other customers know, what process the animals go through before it goes on your shelves.
I WANT THE CHOICE AND I AM GOING TO USE THE MANY NETWORKS AND ORGANISATIONS TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT MEAT YOUR ARE SELLING IN YOUR SHOPS.

ring up to complain and you get head office customer service, and where do you think that is NOT in head office bradford, but Durban south africa. And having spoken to the Harrogate branch about a complaint, the manager did not sound bothered or cared, so much for morrisons caring about there customers, they just care about profit.

Shame on you.Morrisons spoke to customer services ,today and there are based in South Africa .l can?t believe a British company taking a call centre abroad ,where does your loyalty lie . When there is so much unemployment here .once again shame on you I will never set foot in your shops again . And I bet you won?t reply to this review??????

I went to the local Morrison's store today to pick up some washing up liquid and was challenged before I reached the check out and told I was banned from the store no explanation just marched out like a criminal l phoned the head office and after they spoke to the store they said that I had taken something I asked when this ,happened and why I wasn't challenged at the time as everyone makes mistakes but no response i intend to get legal advice as to defamation of character and the embarrassment as i was totally mortified.
