Went in in June for some nails and plasterboard and was greeted by a lovely young man called Stuart he assisted me in getting the correct items was very chatty and very happy to help me never had that kind of personal experience before he was also helping others customers at the same time. Is a credit to wickes usually go in there and all the staff are hiding especially the young blonde lad with glasses. Keep it up Stuart you need a pay rise

Nice shop but staff very minimum effort to help ask where somert was just point say end isle great service from the middle aged Muslim man with glasses and cap on very helpful shame about other staff member

Always find what im looking for and usually in good price. There trade paint is not good so avoid that. Staff are always helpful with tips

I use Wickes a lot but the customer service on the till in this store is poor. I've frequented this store a few times and the Cashier was rude and unhelpful. Will be using the Halifax store from now on as have I've had no issues there and the staff are always great

Popped into Wickes today in search of long head nails. Initially had trouble locating them, but a friendly staff member quickly pointed me in the right direction and helped me find exactly what I needed. I didn?t catch their name, but they were great. All in all, really good service quick, helpful, and hassle-free.

Why is Lisa working here. She'd rather wait for someone to get off the phone to see if they're in the queue, rather than serve someone who's clearly already waiting! Absolute shambles. Customers pushing in left, right and centre still get served first rather than people who follow rules and wait patiently.
