The staff -in particular the young dark haired lady on at weekends' are very unprofessional in ther attitude, was on my phone just before Christmas when I overheard her making snide comments to her collegues about the topic iof my phone conversation, I also remember a separate ocasion when having a private conversation with my disabled mother when the said lady was stood staring a me and then came out very quietly to herself with the very unprofessional remarks such as " yeah whatever" she now gives me a very sacarstic look and grin every time I visit the store, I worked for this company in the past and was taught customer service and profesnilism was paramount, at all times, obviously this doesn't apply to certain members of staff within your bradford store.

Tried taking 2 books back to exchange from a 3 for 2 offer. Obviously this was too difficult for the till system to deal with. A frustrating situation potentially requiring a return visit with all 3 books was avoided. Staff were very helpful and friendly finding a solution to work around the problem. Manager handled it particularly well. Thank you.
