Don't give shifts, alot of nepotism in this family run company, hold back wages and do not pay on time, horrible management sending people on full shifts but only paying dor few hours. Would give 0 stars if possible but not an option

Been with White Rose Care for 3 years and they have been excellent in delivering complex care to my father. They have accommodated requests for extra care when needed, trained staff up to the appropriate level and always met our needs. The carers are personable, professional, hard working, trust worthy and caring. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this care company. As a qualified nurse I have worked alongside a lot of care agency staff and this agency is by far the best. Keep up the good work guys. Special shout out to the amazing carer Tee who always goes above and beyond! :)

if you are driver they send you far away to a very awkward place on purpose so they could test you without knowing how dangerous and difficult situation you be in. i nearly had an accident my car got stuck on the narrow road where there was only trees and bushes around and even my Google map couldn't locate the postcode for the client. They don't pay for shadowing or any training and petrol, waste of time and petrol not worth the drive. There are better care companies out there this place realy let me down.?

My mother has been using whiterose home-care service, she admits this service is very disorganized staff can't put items back where they belong and would not recommend it to new user. I'm hoping my mother get the best help in changing organization.
