Oh man....slow... 20min waiting for omeprozole tablets..
At the end i am now more surprised as they come in a blank white box with printed user instructions...
Why you wasting your working time for this job,removing original packaging,printing user instructions..? All reviews are complaining about timing...please improve...

I can?t give 0 stars but what a place the Asian man behind the desk was handing out tickets to people but yet other Asian men was going and getting stuff straight away no ticket needed to wait for an hour and a half absolute joke, how isit one rule for everyone other than a certain race that?s disgusting I made a formal complaint and will be taking it further I wasn?t the only person to point it out and complain either

If there was a no star that's exactly what I would have put. Got to pharmacy for 5.15 with 5 people in front, to be told just after 5.30 I'm not been served as the pharmacy is now closed. I was there to pick up my mother's prescription that includes anti bleed meds after her been discharged from hospital. Absolutely disgusting, I was there in good time and should have been served, would understand if I turned up at 5.30. This pharmacy and the staff are a disgrace. If my mother ends up back in hospital because you didn't release her meds we will be holding you responsible

Stood in queue for 15 minutes the pharmacist was more bothered about looking at his mobile phone what was ringing and talking to his work colleague he could see people were in the queue soon as I got to the front said we are closed you will have to come back tomorrow in an obnoxious way absolutely disgusting place it would have been a zero star so now my mother who was in hospital yesterday will probably end up back in there and Rowland will be held responsible if this happens shambles

Following an endoscopy at BRI the consultant wrote a prescription for pain meds for my husband. The pharmacy returned the prescription with the nurse because it was written incorrectly.
After his procedure my husband and I took the newly written prescription to the pharmacy only to be told that they didn't have the 20mg but asked us to take the prescription back to the consultant to be rewritten.
The pharmacist wrote on a post it note what he wanted the consultant to put. 2 x 10mg and explained as it was for a controlled drug the prescription needed to be written this way.
So we walked back to the endoscopy department and after a brief wait returned with an amended prescription to the pharmacy. We handed it in then sat and waited for an hour after which we were told that they didn't have any 10mg despite the fact that they had asked us to return to the doctor and have him rewrite the prescription for 10mg!
My husband was understandably upset after all the tooing and froing and being made to wait an hour for nothing.
We told if we came back in two days they would have the medication and that my husband would have to manage on his current dose....which was ineffective at controlling his pain for cancer which was the point of the prescription in the first place.
He walked off in disgust at being treated this way.
Fortunately we have a brilliant GP and after a couple of phone calls and popping into the surgery on our way home they sorted it for us.
We feel the pharmacist should have made the nurse aware that they didn't have the medication in stock in the first instance, and definitely before they sent us traipsing backwards and forwards let alone then waiting for a further hour
for the prescription to not be fulfilled.
Disgusting.

I was very surprised by what I witnessed. After waiting for my medication which took 45 minutes, the manager asked me to fill in a questionnaire regarding the service. Upon returning the questionnaire to him, I saw that he was filling in a questionnaire in himself! I was lost for words! I was under the impression that the questionnaires were for the customers only!

Sloweeesst pharmacy ever. I dont know why Bradford Royal Infirmary Hospital allow this kind of service .. if i can only give negative stars i will..
