After 10 days of being told to wait patiently for the problem to solve itself while my worklife and homelife been affected due to the mistake made by vodafone finally got told that the whole sale would need restarting after false promises and arguments with customer services and no help whatsoever after 4 trips to store and numerous phone calls to sort the issue and a couple of extremely rude employees. Worst service i have ever experienced from a company while having no way to contact my work or family when my 5 month ild son is due for surgery at any moment and no help

My partner recently purchased a new contract for a phone had some issues and phoned vodaphone was no help at all they made false promises to him saying it would be sorted asap and wasn?t. My partner had two jobs he?s had to take time of his days and constantly have to go in store just to be told different every single time after ten days woth no working sim or account activated that was paid for already got told that the whole sale would need cancelling and redone when 3 times prior visiting was told it would get sorted and in that time of having no contact to work or to his family with a 5 month old son at home due for surgery at any time had no contact to them whatsoever as his old phone had been collected for trade in and refused to return it while the new phone wouldn?t work and due to this has lost time at work to have to go in store at specific times when a manager was in and received disciplinary at his work due to no way of contacting when he was sick. When asking what resolution would get for the mistakes on Vodafone?s end in activiating his new phone was just offered the standard refund but given 4 days to go in to do it rather than the 14 original as was back to when the initial purchase took place and if not met would have to pay the full price of the phone even though was no fault of his own and was offered nothing except an apology for the amount of time he had wasted and the false promises while trying to sort this. I would highly recommend to not use Vodafone as a company as the whole service and treatment through these mistakes has been dreadful and had workers raise voice and argue being no help and give my partner abuse while trying to complain and not taken any complaint seriously.

Spoken to millie and ish. Millie explained the situation and tried hard to get my phone back online but it had a temp wait until we could do anything with it but was professional and patient.
Ish sorted my phone out the best he could, rang me back the next day and said he had fixed the issue and to come down, after which he sorted within 10 minutes once I was there. Thanks guys

Trying to get through on the phone and always on voicemail. And need an order collecting on my behalf and apparently unable to pass it to them and telling me the order will be sent back. I am in bed with flu and unable to collect, so asked for an alternative and was refused and not even a delivery can be done. Had to wait for the order for 2 weeks already as was out of stock. Becoming very slack.

On sunday, 26th November 2023I went to the Vodafone store in Bradfords Broadway Shopping CentreI went to get mt vodafone contract renewed as there was Black Friday Sales onThe Vodafone shop assistant called NICK was superb he got me a great deal he also helped me with other issues i needed sorting on my phone.The store was clean well run and had friendly staff working there today.I felt comfortable and relaxed at all times when i was in this brilliant mobile phone store.Thanks for the help you gave me todayFriday 8th December 2023 I again HAD TO SEE NICK at this great helpful Bradford phone storeI had an emergency, to which Nick confidently sorted out this problem in a fantastic wayThis store and its staff I have found fantastically confident and helpful

Don't use Click & Collect to this store.Its always full and there's no order at all. The staff don't keep track of who has come in and when, so you're left to compete with other customers for their attention whenever they're free, and every person they serve keeps them occupied for at least 20-30 minutes.Coming here just to pick up a parcel will be a huge waste of your time, as it was mine.Fortunately, the manager is very friendly and very helpful. I hope you meet her when you visit.
