This is my 3rd Kia car from Virtu Kia Bradford and my first brand new Ceed. Adil who dealt with me when I went to purchase a new car back in October last year gave me a great deal on my old Ceed. He could not have been more helpful throughout the purchase and kept me informed of the expected delivery date and let me know as soon as the car arrived in Bradford. When I arrived to collect the car Adil showed me the updated controls in the car and made sure I understood the new electronic brake system before I left the showroom. 10/10I can highly recommend this dealership for both the sales staff and the service staff. There is always a friendly welcome and if the person you want to speak to is not there others staff are always happy to help.

Not owned a Kia previously so my first service experience with them, happy with everything from the initial telephone booking, cost, dropping off, video showing vehicle inspection and finally the collection. Special mention for Maria who looked after me. Forgot to top up my AdBlue, but I can live with that :). Thank you.

The service provided by Tony was great. He provided everything we required, very friendly and kind with us and the children. I think Tony won the kids over with a nice hot chocolate and biscuits.Highly recommended if looking for a car

A well organised dealership, part of the Vertu group. The staff are frank and friendly, ofcourse they have to sell cars but not at the expense of being open and honest. The dealership is very clean and comfortable but access from the main routes requires focused attention as the dealership is almost hidden adjacent to the more obvious Honda dealership.
