Horrible customer service from the Asian lady with hijab. I had no idea what was wrong with her but from the moment we stepped into the bank she had a horrible attitude, did not want to help. I have been with TSB for around 17 years but haven?t been into a physical branch for a while, don?t think I?ll be returning to the Bradford one anytime soon. Please train your staff appropriately because I?m not sure why they?re behaving in such a manner. Thanks!

Had a problem with online banking and couldn't get throught on the phone so called into the Bradford branch. Sofia was so helpful and sorted the problem for me.

The manager was friendly and professional. She quickly sorted out our issue after being dismissed from another branch. She organised refunds for money lost and a fair compensation on top. Amazing service, excellent advice and a brilliant outcome. Thank you.

Been banking with tsb for a while has abit if trouble with my online banking try to call the customer service a few times wasn't helping or couldn't fix the problem until I visited the branch great customer service by all the staff very polite very helpful especially Junaid reassured us that everything will be ok sat us down in a extremely polite manner and called required department and went through the whole process with us and resolved the problem and everything was up and running like before thank you all the staff you can't beat a service with a smile 10/10 from me guys .

During times of having a good salary and also different times too the Bradford staff have been excellent. The phone banking us equally as good

I switched to TSB from another bank but I totally regret it now. Tsb is the worst bank. I just wanted to change my kids appointment, requested twice through the app via chat service but useless. Tried calling the branch number and call gets cut off without answering. Found another customer service number, spoke with an agent from down south. He couldn?t find another appointment, transferred my call to Bradford branch, after so many bells it got cut off. Avoid this bank at all costs. Very unprofessional

Mr. Duane doing his job perfectly. I am very much satisfied by the barclay but now service I got from Mr Duane and other staff of the branch was beyond my expectations.

I spoke on the phone for over an hour with the INCREDIBLE Joanne Stringer. She was so patient and kind and sorted out my extremely stressful banking issue. She should be promoted or given a raise because she really went above and beyond the call of duty! I?ve banked with TSB for 14 years and considered switching but her conduct convinced me to stay.

Tried to talk to someone as my father does not have internet banking only a land line. Absolutely disgusting situation for elderly.Phoned the branch number and got told to use the internet or mobile banking system.....

Helpful bank. There were no problems. There were no problems. Thanks to this, the Hindu unblocked my account after accepting my document from Kirklees Council - Council Tax Reduction, subject my Unfortunately as I am not liable to pay. I thanked the hindu, my satisfaction I will give 5 stars.

Good banking at TSB have been with them for a long, long time, and unfortunately, now we only have 1 main branch as few locals have closed like all other banking sectors. More online stuff, but I like the experience talking to staff and hands-on. SO goto use copy centre one bow ......
