Absolute shambles customer service. I had to cancel my order for 2 x packs of bricks that were advertised on their website with free delivery only to be told I had to pay £260 haulage. Found them from an independent supplier £500 cheaper. It seems nobody has the balls here to make a decision. More than their jobs worth. Joke staff and joke branch set of donuts
