Wifi was not free. The hotel only provided the first 30 minutes free and had to pay for wifi.Rooms: The room was comfortable and warm.

Not much to it. Wouldnt ever stay again. 100% NOT pet friendly or even human friendly at that! Noses were turned up to us from the second we walked through the door because we had our dog! Marks on beds, bathrooms not cleaned properly, banging on door after nobody answered the first time ( I was asleep after a long shift at work). No respect. The first morning of our stay we had a long night so didn?t get up til late and when taking the dog to do his business 10am roughly we were asked why we are only just taking the dog out and that we should take him for a longer walk?? Who was she to tell us what we can and cannot do with our pet. We have been in and out a few times over our stay so far (another few to go unfortunately) and staff have never EVER been once sat at reception??? Rooms very standard no fridge toilet takes 4/5 pumps to flush, had hair in the bath upon arrival. Staff trying to blame us for a stain on the bed that I took photos of when we first arrived with a stain that?s clearly not new. Disgusting. Awaiting for a reply back re my complaint to this company.

Eva is a amazing help. She is a credit to your business. Eva helped me soo professionally. I needed a bed for my small child she swiftly and quickly helped us. She?s such a lovely person. Would love her to become manager !! Travelodge need to give her a pay rise !Rooms: Nice warm when enter. Friendly smile

Arrived 1145pm and checked very quickly and straight to bed. Luckily staff gave me a free small bottle of water to drink but i would recommend bring own water if you want to have tea in the morning. Otherwise you will need to drink from the bathroom sink. Room was clean but no fridge for my milk. I thought all rooms had a fridge. Had to pay £3 extra for parking 11:45pm-8am which was managed by another company.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful.Basic hotel but what do you expect at the price.Rooms clean, water hot and clean towels, tv works and 30 mins free wifi.Perfect for a stop over.Irritating having to pay for parking.

Hey, it?s a traveloge! Nothing fancy but I?ve stayed here many times and I will say the staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean! Nothing to complain about - always have a good stay! ??

We reached Bradford.Booked airbnb a night before but host cancelled it so we booked travelodge at last minute.Called Travelodge but no one picked it up as it was on waiting. Don't even call as it charge premium price. Thanks to Tesco network safety buffer, it cut off at certain price limit.So travelodge hotel room was booked online in the morning around 11am for the sameday. We received the postcode and confirmation.Fast forward, it was evening after 8pm we put the postcode on google maps. We ended going to different travelodge hotel. But the receptionist was friendly, kind and helpful. She called the Travelodge and asked if the booking was done at different travelodge branch. After it was confirmed, she gave us the right postcode so now we are relaxing after arriving at the hotel.Overall, the main thing is Travelodge saved our day to stay just for one night tonight as we will head back to London tomorrow. Thanks Travelodge.10/10 for your rooms and for the receptionists.Rooms: It is costly but rooms are fantastic. We know that we should have booked in advance but it was at last minute. Beds are comfortable and good for sleeping. Bathroom is bathroom.Safety: It is safe since there were two doors to enter. One for the entry and second for your room.

The staff at reception were very friendly and addressed any issues we had. The room overall was very clean and suitable to our requirement. Only down side was the smell of damp in the bathroom which just needed airing out.
