I would strongly reccomend people stay away from this garage. The worse customer service experience of my life. Just a truly awful stressful experience dealing with rude, dishonest and unprofessional people.I booked my car for a service and MOT with some specific work request for a new tire and fitting of a radio and left it on the pre arranged day in the morning. Noone called me all day. No missed calls. No voicemail. No messages. This wasn't so much of an issue to me. What was a problem was the treatment I recieved by the man who took my call in the morning.He said the car needed loads of work and wasn't ready. I was really surprised and was asking what kind of work needed doing and why had noone called if this was the case. I was not annoyed, more confused. I did not raise my voice in any way or say anything rude to him, simply asked about the car. However, he almost immediately accused me of shouting at him and said he wasn't going to speak to someone 'with an attitude' and put the phone down. I rang back and simply said I was collecting my car and taking it somewhere else.Not long after, another mechanic rang and said his staff member had reported that I had 'abused' him on the phone. This must be a joke right? No, they are serious. A woman then comes on the phone with no introduction and starts ranting at me. Now by this time I am annoyed and end the call.Who in their right mind treats customers like this?When I went to collect my car, along with my 3 year old son, they hadn't even taken it out of the workshop. I complained, politely, about my treatment and said this was a terrible way to treat people. He said he would bring the man out. I said 'no' several times because I had my son with me and did not see any point in having an argument with a man so dishines that they will allege 'abuse' when a customer asks questions about their car. Yet, of course he brought him out anyway.When I told them I would be leaving a review he got really angry and said the owner would 'sue me for slander'. I said I wouldn't say anything that was untrue. He said he didn't care, that she will sue anyone who leaves a bad review. Kind of says it all about this company doesn't it?When trying to make payment for the MOT I asked why they didn't have a business bank account. At this point he started shouting at me that it was a business bank account. Now, when you make payment through your bank it literally tells you this is a personal account. They have no facility for card payments as they simply aren't professional enough. Shouting at people who question their payment systems? Again, what is wrong with these people?As for the MOT itself. Apparnatly it failed on the handbrake despite it having been into this very same garage for expensive repair to the handbrake only a few months earlier. Says it all really.I will never take my car here again and don't reccomend anyone else to either.

Wanted a vehicle to be in garage potentially all day for an not. No time slot given. Not great if you are disabled and need the vehicle for mobility. Did not use.

Absolute joke of a so called garage. Husband had full service done went to pick car up only to be told computer hadn't been re-set cos apparently guy who does it was off ill so he said he'd ring as soon as he was back in. Almost 3 weeks later and still no phone call. No receipt for work carried out and was told he'd get that when the computer was re-set. Avoid at all costs

WORST FIVE MONTHS OF MY LIFE. Bought a Jaguar from these people in August. Gave me a MOT certificate, clean bill of health and NO advisories. Rubbish. Oil leaks and gdr faults. Front anti roll bars needed replacing and then engine packed up. Properly skanked.

I had my car serviced by them. They wanted cash. I got no receipt and no paperwork to support the service.I took my car for an MOT after driving less than a hundred miles and the car failed on 2 faults that meant the MOT station said it was unsafe to drive. Brakes and suspension both failed. I went back and they would not admit to servicing my Mercedes .

I have never known a garage only deal.in cash. My dad was definitely over charged for bearings replacement on 1 wheel. I won't be using them for my MOT on my car.
