Returned products. There was a queue at the checkouts and a colleague simply wondered off and closed his checkout. Why he wouldn't have got the queues down is baffling. Zero awareness of the customer and is training needed.

I love shopping at TK-max and the their staff make it special. I have been served by staff called Samira on 08/08 she was so helpful, jolly and showed skilled customer service. I will deffo keep shopping from there.

Worse experience ever, purchased an item and the attitude from staff really disgusting. Manger called Nancy is unprofessional and disrespectful disgusting attitude. Need better management and staff. Poor store to shop. Not recommended.
