Visited twice, the first for info and second to purchase a Pixcil 7 phone. I was attended by Alex( hope that's spelt right) who explained the phone and then copied all the details from old phone to new phone. Excellent service from start to finish.

The Three Store in Bradford is a reasonably large location, located inside The Broadway Shopping Centre. In terms of design and layout, it is pretty much your average Three Store.The staff seemed friendly, but the store was understaffed, meaning there was a longer wait than I'm used to (at other stores from Three and rivals) to speak to someone, but the advisor did seem to be polite and have good general knowledge to offer advice and recommendations.The store has a couple of seats, to sit while signing up for a new contract, or while you wait to speak to someone.There is a small number of devices on demo, but they're mounted down at a funny angle that does make them difficult to use.3* - Average Three Store, some positives for sure and a nice brand to have in the mall (Considering the UK's three other mobile networks have a store within the mall, it would be shocking if Three didn't!)
