I ordered chicken stir fry with noodles and chips and the chicken was dry no marrination and noodles were plain boiled no flavour it was awful wasnt worth me driving all the way in horrible snow. They were quiet and couldnt cook 1 order properly. Disappointed.

Always messing up order delivery man seen all my dog warning signs hears them barking but yet still leaves my gate open if u dogs b cautious poor in the notice signs why do we have signs for people to ignore them!...joke!.

Me and my brother got two burgers from them it was for 5 pound each then when it was ready he asked again how much is it he said 8 pound he thought my brother is dumb they try to take more money from him and also the burgers were so dryyyy

Got order correct, came early, naan on kebab was lovely and fresh, soft but not soggy, donner meat lovely fresh not greasy or hard, chicken didn?t look the best (looked chopped with scissors and dry) but was very nice to eat, chips very crispy, burger delicious very impressed thank you ??

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYUse to use steakhut in a regular basis, but the last 3 occasion have been horrible, 1st occasion the food came late and cold, I rang to complain they said we'll sort it out next time ( don't really know what they meant by that ) 2nd occasion they missed some of the food and sauces, rang again only for a rude guy to say what do you want me to do, then saying again that we'll sort it out next time, 3rd time ordered again explained what happened the last 2 times said don't worry we'll send your order out on time and everything will be good. Guess what order came late ( rang 5 times asking where the delivery driver has gone, only said 2 mins every time) the pizza's were horrible tasted like tomato on cardboard, did not bother calling this time as I will never order again from steakhut. Never once did they offer anything free or a replacement or a discount. Shocking customer service. The place has seriously gone down hill, such a shame.

Brilliant food, tried a few things off the menu and haven?t been disappointed once. Peri peri chickens on the same level as Nando?s & everything else is always fresh and tasty!!Delivery is always on time give or take 5/10 minutes but it?s 100% worth the wait!Thanks guys keep it up :)

Food 6/10I ordered the 1/2 chicken with chips, which was okay. Nothing special but done the job. Previously ordered their burgers which were relatively goodService 7/10Quick and freshAtmosphere 4/10Not the best place to sit and eat, if for a quite bite then sure. Felt a little awkwardOverall 6/10Nothing too special, if you want a quick munch then it's fine. For something fresh and exciting probably isnt the best place and other areas would be a better choiceDietary restrictions: Halal foodParking: On a busy rd so find whatever spots available

Absolutely disgusting food, ordered mixed steak and chips, the chicken and beef had no tasted seemed like it had been boiled in water rather dan on a grill, no taste or quality in food.

Superb food, excellent customer service.The Chicken Parmesan was the best I've ever had, crispy on the base and succulent at the top with the right amount of toppings.A real hidden gem and the staff are very friendly.Well worth a try.
