Friendly staff, pretty much everything you need. But the place stinks like a wet dog after being in a river. Clearly there is some rotting food behind the chillers that haven't been cleaned in ages. It's been like this for over 6 months. It's disgusting.

Always shop here the staff are fantastic, i shop in the evening most times and mariya and sammia are always welcoming asking about my health conditions and how am i feeling, they will do anything in their power to assist me, they make me feel really happy for the rest of the night also Danny on the till most times is very fast and efficient and always pack's my bags correctly for me 10 out of 10 for customer service

3 out of 5 times they're paypoint machine is "broken". Just laziness tbh. They're reluctant to help customers that need to top up or send a parcel. Only positive note is the security guard. Nice fella

Been going here previously and had no issues, but the new manager Jonathan was unhelpful and rude. Won't be coming here again. If I had the option for a zero it would be better.

I would like to say the aura in the shop is just not the best. I've been shopping here for many years, and over the past few weeks I've been avoiding to shop here. Manager is unapproachable! No smile and so miserable. Not welcoming at all. It's a shame. This once was a nice place to shop. Seems to have gone downhill recently.

My recent experience at tedco has been so horrible past few months. The new manager never smiles or speaks I find him very bad fir the tesco image I will never approach him if I was even attacked or suffering with pain as he as no customer skills I will never shop here again he's sad turning customer's away sad I've always liked the staff ther n management not this miserable person

This store is no longer what it is. The atmosphere has dropped since the new restructure has taken place.The store is always cold. No heating !Some of the staff are friendly, and always willing to help. I used to love coming in. I now shop at Londis!. Only tend to come in for my lottery tickets and that's it. The energy has certainly dropped since its been taken over.

Visited the local Tesco branch. Firstly I?d like to comment on the manager which dealt with a query that I had regarding a product at the store. I felt as though I was not heard and just ignored. The customer service provided was not the best from the manager dealing with the issue. It seems as though he was miserable and did not enjoy being there. I shop here on a regular basis and it seems as though the shopping experience here has gone down hill. Management needs to make the customers feel welcomed and not ignored. The staff morale seems to have dropped massively is it due to the pressure of management? Or staff not being treated correctly there.Thank you.

Hi I'm very unhappy at the movement with this store the new manager is very miserable n also never says hello no smile which is very rude .never find any staff to find help as before ther were always staff available by since this new manger staff are miserable n look unhappy and tired .
