Had a lovely experience at the Great Horton store today. I had bought some garden chairs and needed help to take them to the car. Amber was more than happy to oblige and did so with a smile. Very good customer service.

I go regular and I?m thinking of going somewhere else. Constant begging by people who are not homeless but live just around the corner in the converted pub. I work hard and shop wisely I don?t want to give money away to organised crime gangs who send people out begging. It?s totally ruining Tesco shopping. Also the staff don?t think anything of swearing when customers are near. Not all of them obviously. Things need to change. Begging is illegal so something can be done about it.

Me and my husband was in store today picking a few bits up for our elderly grandmother. Whilst in store we was aggressively approached by a young boy by the name of Owen for taking fresh produce from the under counter in the fruit isle. He also threatened to have us thrown out of store and banned from the store. Me and my husband are absolutely mortified at the fact that this customer service representative had the wrong customer service skills.
He then proceeded to go get security to have us evicted from the store and barred. The store manager did come to see us to apologise but this does not suffice the humiliation that we encountered in store today in front of other customers and being surrounded by your staff and security.

Mens Toilets are in dirty condition and broken or no toilets seat, poor service from a big supermarket . Tesco u should do better.

Had a recent good experience at this store other than having to go past those beggars sat next to the main entrance hounding you for a pound and chase your trolley. ZOYA at the in store pharmacy was absolutely amazing thank you for you wonderful service.. saved me from a trek to the GP and those costs associated by easily being able to get what was needed Over the Counter.

Traffic is a nightmare, expect to spend about half an hour just getting in and out of the car park.

Disgusting that at least five beggars on private land actively pursuing everybody in the car park for there pounds from there trolleys, again twice in the last few days out with our grand daughter in situations that aren?t great.
These people must intimidate the life out of elderly people the vulnerable ,they are not been aggressive but not everyone cannot say no.
I went back inside after been approached four times for money to speak to a security guard to raise my concerns to be told we ring the police there?s nothing we can do.
What is happening it?s your land kick them off is this the nanny state we are living in.

Fainted in Tesco didn?t do anything no water even tho I asked and security guard walked away from me. Absolutely disappointed and never going again.

We shopped at ylthe store on Friday. I was so impressed with the service, lovely friendly staff and so willing to help out. First class.

This is the last straw ive had with tescos great horton road. I use to come here all the time now im prepared to go elsewhere. Im sick and tired of being harassed by guys outside the shop intimidating my family asking for change. Its one thing asking for change which I have no issue with but following my mum and my wife to their car is taking the mick. When will this stop?

My regular go to for my food shop however a few weeks ago they have changed the layout. As a diagnosed coeliac im always in the gluten free aisle. They have now moved it to the same aisle as the bread/bakery! How does this make any sense?! The aisle needs moving and you are forcing people who cant have wheat to the one aisle you can smell it in the air! Do something about this! I have stopped shopping here because of it, a thoughtless decision made and inconsiderate!!
