Most of staff in here are so rude! Seen staff mostly the women staff at self checkouts laughing at vunrable customers at each other!
Went in tonight with my auntie went to self scan payed for our shopping, rude staff member shouted us in front of other customers asking if we had scanned all our shopping! Why could she not of spoke to us away from other customers quietly? Instead she embarrassed me and my auntie by shouting at us in front of customers!
They make you feel like you?re a thief!!

Always a dumping ground for Staff while there stand and talk to each other at the tills. Every time I walk in here. There are staff just stood talking to each other while the aisle has been left a mess as per normal. Could only take a few pictures as people were starting to walk down them and didn?t want to get their pictures.

Followed around the store by numerous security guards who are acting like bouncers. These are new ones dressed in black and try their best to be intimidating (I think there are 6 in all payrolling the store). An asian security guard was held back by three other guards as he was going to hit a customer at the self serve which was very weird. Other customers were also complaining about being followed about by these clowns.

Had to visit 3 trolley stations in the car park to get my £1 back for the trolley! The trolleys were just rammed in wrongly or left all over full of rubbish, no attendants anywhere?. Seems like Tescos want your money but don?t want to give the service

A few weeks ago I went to this Tesco on my way to work, instead of the Queensbury one - I said hello & thank you to the staff as I usually do, but got no response. This morning I said good morning, thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but no - nothing.
Customer service here is very dry. I'll only shop here if I absolutely have to. I don't work in customer service, and never have, but I think a friendly hello or a smile is the least they can do.
That being said, the team Queensbury Tesco are always friendly and approachable. I don't know any of them but you can tell they enjoy working there - I can't say the same about this one.

Make something with a toilet because it is terrible, toilet are broken with full water on the floor and toilet paper, my dog doesn't want to use that toilet and this is for people. Immediately you need any services.
