Because of the Pharmacy. Possibly the worst run service I?ve ever come across. Their systems are terrible. You give your name and it usually takes them 5 to 10 minutes to find your prescription. It looks like they don?t even have them organised in alphabetical order! And now they?ve put the local pharmacy out of business and they can?t cope with the demand. I?m going to find an alternative even if I have to drive there.

I?ve used this store since it opened. As a supermarket it?s good but the pharmacy service is appalling. 7 day wait on repeat medications and then when you collect, you still need to wait 15-20 minute minimum. It?s every time now. I?ve now changed to using a different pharmacy. Shame because I had been a loyal customer for over a decade..
