The pharmacist took his uttermost time to ring around everyone possible to get me a precription 111 said i cud get with a slip took half an hour. His collegue thought it was acceptable to argue with me because i was going to be late for a meeting as they took over half an hour for a 5 minute job...the colegue was argueing in front of customers keeping them waiting. Piwer trippers and cost me a tenner in a taxi missed my bus. I was a clubcard member suffer with mental health and regular shopper. Not anymore he actwd like a nob head smirking

Over half an hour wait for a prescription sent from NHS 111 Service that pharmacy worker felt a need to ring around my old pharmacy's that are closed in harrogate before giving me my meds think he just was lonley I'm not surprised considering he's deffo not a ppl person tesco do yourself a favor please GET RID OF THEM PHARAMACY STAFF!!!!!

I take methadone. I don't use illicit drugs anymore, I want a normal life. I own my house u work full-time. I have to pick meds up from this pharmacy. Baring in mind if I don't take my dose I can't function and I'm physically ill which could end up with me relapsing. I've been using thus pharmacy for over a year I follow the rules. I'm polite and respectful and normally I attend in good time. On 1 occasion I was running late due to the weather. I contacted them saying I might be 1-2min late. She did say they can't stay open which I understand but she said it be ok if I was there for 9pm. I tried calling again at 855 just to say I would be there for 9 but there was no answer. I arrived at the chemist dead on 9pm but they'd already closed. The pharmacist appeared from staff area already changed her clothes and ready to walk out the door. I begged her to help me this 1 time but basically she didn't care about me. Its obvious they closed 4 or 5 minutes early. Was I treated like this cause I'm a recovering addict? Would she have helped someone needing insulin? And why did they sneak off early. Most of the staff are brilliant but she treated me like a junkie.

Terrible service, waited 5 minutes for them to come to the counter (I was the only person there) they said I?d have to wait 10 minutes, when I asked why so long she replied ?well you don?t see the doctor straight away do you?
What the hell has that got to do with getting a box of tablets.
Totally unprofessional and rude staff.

Absolutely rubbish since moving here. Advised to ring 5-7 days so I?ve waited 8 days? No text, nobody answers phone ( though they ask you not to ring) how are you supposed to know when your prescriptions ready. Eventually called and had to wait half an hour for prescription to be made up- obviously not been touched since ordered . Will be moving chemists

This chemist is not even worthy of the one-star I have given it. I've used Tesco Chemist for years and the service has pretty much deteriorated to nothing. Repeat prescriptions now take over a week if you are lucky and if you do insist that you need it sooner, youre met with indifference, excuses and made to feel like youre being a nuisance.
My husband and I have both witnessed that even when there is lots of pharmacy staff, they are either chatting at the back or just ignore you altogether. My husband has been told on occasion, that there was no one there who could dispense the medication, only to be then told they suddenly could because he insisted it was important. How is than even eithical?
No-one ever picks up the phone if you try and ring and I literally havent had one of the texts to inform me my prescription is ready in five months. This means you have to take pot luck as to whether its even been dispensed and then you have to negotiate with extremely grumpy pharmacy staff to get your medication that theyve been sitting on for over a week. It is utterly appalling and something needs to change as some of these medication are life saving. This chemists only save in grace is the assistance who serve you at front of house, by comparison, they are usually friendly and seem almost embarrassed, that they have to take the brunt of whats going on at the back, which really doesn't appear to be very much atall...

It does not matter what time of day you ring this pharmacy they don?t answer telephones and prescriptions are never ready and their excuse is it is on order. It?s time Tescos addressed this problem get people to do the job efficiently and intrested in customer service as they don?t have any intrest in customers.

Never answer phone. Repeat prescription monthly items yet never have the stock. Don't tell you they don't have any until you ring them 6 days later, by which time you're desperate. Then to be told they don't have the items. Absolute joke.

Prescription never ready even when ordered in the morning and collecting in the evening. Always have to wait 20-30 mins. Alright if you want to do a monthly shop as well but calling in on your way home from work to stand and wait is unacceptable in my opinion.
