Don't go in this store, manager was so rude and arrogant, they only want to rip you off. Once you bought anything, any unfortunately you have to return then they show you the real face with silly excuses. As a client you never know how they tie the tags and I guess nobody bothers it as far as tag is attached. In short the manager needs to learn customer service and should be sacked

If I could give zero stars to this store I would!!By reading the reviews and my own experience it seems like this store is allergic to refunds/exchanges. I bought a coat from your Manchester store and took to this store to return as i realised it didn?t fit anymore. I went in and the lady didn?t even ask to look for my reciept or anything she just refused as it didn?t have a tag on. And then when she was shown the email reciept she said she could t do a refund on this either, why provide customers with an email reciept if your still going to ask for a paper copy ?I took it back in the next day with a tag on and she started giving me every excuse possible as to why she couldn?t return the item. Saying, it ?looks? like it?s been worn, and the tags been take off ? I?m sorry but this shows what type of culture u have in your store where you like taking peoples money but are both bothered about service at all.Looking at the comments on this page seems like your store won?t be open for very long as you won?t have any returning customers at this rate with the service and word of mouth of your reputation.The funniest thing is I called another store 5mins later and they were happy to return the item. Really disappointing avoid this store if you can.

went to return an item and even before speaking to her, a member of staff with blond hair put up (i presume she was a manager) rolled her eyes. she refused the exchange which i was fine with but the manner i was treated and spoken to with, coupled with her bad attitude, was really disappointing and i will definitely be frequenting the leeds branch instead. she spoke in a very condescending manner. it appears through past reviews that others have had similar experiences at the store and i would not recommend visiting the broadway branch on account of the unhelpful and frankly rude staff.
