I haven't bought beauty products in a long time but considering how much the cost of living has gone up, I would have thought that make up and such would have gone up just as much with them. Fairly priced products, easy to find, couldn't find temporary dye though, just pastel or drops. Very strange.

Lovely staff, well laid out and clean store, vast variety of products. It's superdrug as a company that I'm falling out of love with now. Own brand products are getting worse with quality and absolutely ridiculous with price. Razors for example. It works out same price to buy a new Gillette razor for £25 as that one comes with 5 of the blades. Superdrug's own razor costs £5 and only includes one blade, in an oversized box with no clear indication of how little is inside!Great store, lovely staff but if you don't want to buy brand names then go try boots next door ?

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Superdrug recently. I visited the store to purchase allergy tablets, but the situation turned absurd when the cashier refused to serve us simply because my daughter was holding the tablets. Even though I, the father, was the one making the purchase and ready to pay, they insisted that I come back tomorrow or they might lose their jobs. This policy lacks any form of common sense or consideration for customers.It?s baffling that Superdrug?s staff would prioritize such an arbitrary rule over customer service and logic. This incident reflects poorly on the store?s commitment to customer service and understanding basic human interactions.It?s unfortunate that a simple purchase turned into a needless hassle due to their inflexible policy and lack of empathy. I hope the management takes note and makes necessary changes to prevent others from facing similar unreasonable experiences.

Crowded, busy and a long queue even on a Sunday. Displays in the middle of the aisles makes getting around difficult.
