The service here is horrendous, the 2 staff working was clueless and don't know how to smile or hold a conversation for longer than 2 seconds, plus they made me a totally diffrent sandwich to what I asked for and wouldn't let me adjust it or add any toppings

Service is very poor always new staff that haven't got a clue what they doing! Place was filthy where they prepare sandwiches food bits sauce n crumbs every where, Always a problem sometimes not correct meat or amount of slices differ every time, bread stale, sandwich falls apart and cut sandwiches when wrapped in paper mine had clump of soggy paper in sandwich from when they cut it! Go to another subway this is the worse 1 around

Absolutely terrible the new menu is! Can't add any extra salad to the sandwiches that have names! Ridiculas I orderd the BALLER as it was simaler to the mega meat on the old menu and they wouldnt let me add any sweetcorn or extra salad, bare in mind all that comes on the Baller is peppers and onion salad wise.The old menu was much better as isn't subway about personalising your sandwiches and about salad?We will not be ordering again as its not possible to order what we actually liked from here previously.NOT FORGETTING THE BIG DIRTY HAIR IN ONE OF THE SANDWICHES TOO!

We're do I start. Was served today at the low Moore branch, firstly the lady that served me she cut off from taking my order to answer the phone with other members of staff there, while she was preparing my order of 5 sandwiches her headscarf was dangling into the sandwich filling, she placed my sandwich in the cooker twice which then came out burnt, she then left my order to then deal with another customers sandwich, she came back to my order then left it again to deal with the other lady she'd cut herself off from, after spending just short of £40 the sandwiches were horrible and majority went in the bin. Wouldn't even waste my time going there again.

Gone down hill there is never any thing ready or stock in and the staff are miserable I mean that just puts you off going . I won?t be going again
