I only get my food made from kareem. He takes time and effort when hes making it and always taste good. He is good with customers He is always making sure the shop is to a high standard of customer service and keeping cleanliness of the store to a high standard also

Just ordered from here, they missed out cheese off the sub, when I called up the and spoke to the manager (Mr Jeel) replied, I?ll just put you extra cheese on next time. Very casually.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MANNERS, THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF NEED PROPER TRAINING ON HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO MAKE & READ THE ORDERS.

Messed every order wanted sauces and salads on our food got non one sandwich was pepperoni only pretty much was supposed to be a bmt, I never leave reviews but vile. Replace your workers with people who can build a damn sandwich!

Im a regular customer from subways and I come there for my breaks for a sandwich I know all the staff members and tried there sandwiches and when it comes to the particular staff member Kareem his customers service is the best ? I really enjoy his sandwiches and he makes them to my taste he puts a load of effort and heart into his work unlike the other staff members who dont put effort into there customers and there orders i wouldn't be coming back if it wasn't for him and his efforts.?

Bought a sandwich and picked up an oasis drink, chap behind the counter tells me that he cant sell me this drink till tomorrow, as it's to be released tomorrow.Asked him why it's in the fridge today if the release is tomorrow. He told me he cant be asked doing it tomorrow as they get busy for breakfast.Wont be coming back here again that's for sure

I don?t usually leave bad reviews because I find it childish but, when I visited wanting to get a sub but the guy was keep messing my order he put pepperoni on my sub when I didn?t ask for it and made a fuss when I asked for a new bread as I don?t eat pepperoni for religious beliefs which he would obviously know because he was Muslim himself. Turning to serve other people while asking me what I wanted on my sub too which I found super rude. I had seen they had accidentally burnt my sub twice failing to apologise. Like i don?t blame you if your having a long day or whatever it happens just be respectful and considerate especially when someone doesn?t eat something for religious beliefs.
