We ordered through UberEats. The first delivery driver that went to collect the food said they?re refusing to make the order again as they?ve given it to someone else. Another driver went to the shop and brought the wrong order to us and the shop hasn?t picked the phone up for the past hour. Awful service

Pick and choose when they open up. Twice now on the way to work I have down a detour to get some breakfast. Once they were closed and second time the guy was in the store but said we are not open yet as it?s only me today. Not good enough

Extremely poor service. Got charged more than the price stated on the menu multiple times. And they literally forgot to add the salad and sauce even though I ordered a saver sub which should include fixed toppings.

Asian women that I thinks is a manager very rude .I think she been working there since open no customer service skills at all .I've had enough of her grumpy customer service .becoming a manager is based on good merits and skills. Not by how many years of service you worked and you can become a manager just like this .this women is on high power trip. They had 2 new workers on today and shop was busy she telling them off in aggresive manor and all customer can hear this .this women am talking about walked in today about 10am and walking like a general .honeslty this is not me being personal attacking her but she is very very rude

First day back at uni and I missed this soo much. I loved the new furious chicken with waffle fries. I went at such a busy hour and I got served quick. Such a pleasant service and good SUB. Ps. They also serve Ben & Jerry?s ice cream ?
Parking: Free parking at the back of Subway for customers.
Kid-friendliness: Salad squad option for kid healthy eating

Appalling customer service. Need more staff at peak times. Staff focusing more on delivery orders whilst there's a queue of customers who have been waiting 20 to 25 minutes. Took ages just to get a sub.
