Visited today first time , and to say the least was very disappointed. Unfortunately the person making the sandwiches lacked customer service skills and was really reluctant to not listen to what I was saying. Asked for a chicken sub, put only 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest was salad and a lot of sauce. Ordered 2 Saver Subs which were priced at £3.99 each as a meal. At the till he wanted to charge me £9.98 but with me saying clearly that it doesn?t add up to that total he then said he can?t cut price down as the machine was not working. Another worker came which seem to be the boss and sorted it the issue but took him 10 minutes to sort the price out and was waiting to pay, while the food itself was getting cold. Was not a pleasant experience and personally wouldn?t go back again. Staff with good customer service is a requirement at these places but seems to be that anyone is being placed there.

Staff were friendly and efficient and I appreciate that but the server swamped my 6 inch sub in far too much sauce! It was awful I didn't enjoy it. The sandwich was soggy and liquid dripped out of it constantly because it was so overloaded with sauce. I couldn't eat it.

Silence is often hard to come by in this busy metropolis however I just spent a supremely enjoyable few minutes in quiet contemplation while observing the art of sandwich-making executed by specialist artisans.

You can't go wrong with a subway sandwich. Consistent good sandwiches that we all know and you can customise them to your taste.

Worst customer service don't choose the subs they do for you as they won't change a thing even an onion for an olive and say it will cost more. Create your own.
