ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE! Rated -1000!! Today I walked into the store on Foster Square as I was passing by and looked at some t-shirts at a sale rack near the front door quickly, then I went to the next store, only to be followed by their security team! They surrounded me and said that I had set off the alarm, which I never heard..they asked to check my bag whilst in the store next door, which I allowed them to do so through being in shock....and whilst being watched by 30 custumers atleast! My bag contained a couple of items that I had purchased from other shops with my receipts. They told me to go back with them to their store to check if the alarm would go off again! , so I did, and the alarm did NOT go off, they humiliated me for nothing and didn't even apologise! They just said I can go! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I WILL NOW TELL AND WARN EVERYONE NOT TO COME TO THIS STORE!!!.....

Not great service anymore. Manager was arguing with a customer very loudly. Really unprofessional. Girl in black headscarf on till seemed really not happy to be there no politeness at all. A Queue of about 8 people. No sorry for your wait or just a few consoling words. Went on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm. Customer service has gone down the drain you really can't get the staff.

Visited the store a few days. Was served by a lovely young Asian girl. Very chatty. Think her name was Alina or Ria. A big shout out to another Asian girl there who wore a headscarf, provided an exceptional service

What a terrible service by Sports Direct. I wouldn?t be buying from here ever again. Returning cloths is a complete nightmare and cost you to return to their brand partners. Although I bought from the same brand two different deliveries arrived and now it?s costing me two different delivery costs to return- why? Their returns process is ancient and time consuming! Moreover, with atrocious customer service. Zero accountability! See the photos attached. They need to catch up to modern times! I bought some cloths from ASOS recently, I was so impressed with their speedy delivery and return process.

Ria, a member of staff, gave exceptional service today. I was hoping to buy two of the same jacket, but only one was on the stand. While I was at the checkouts, I mentioned it to her, and she kindly went to look for another. Although there wasn?t one in my size, she went out of her way to find a similar jacket that worked perfectly. While she was gone, I also spotted another jacket I liked in a different size. Even though the store was busy, Ria remained happy and enthusiastic throughout. I felt like I might have been a bit awkward, but nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service really stood out. I can?t say the same for another staff member at the checkouts, who didn?t seem nearly as engaged or enthusiastic.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN ! .... Awful attitude when I attempted to return some items the next day for a refund ! .... Apparently it is company police to NOT refund, but to offer a voucher instead. JD Sports a couple of doors down don't operate like that, they will give you a FULL refund within 28 days, so that's who is getting my money from now on !

Sports Direct sells as a German online shop without notifying the customer that the product is shipped from England and is subject to customs clearance. I even paid for overpriced express delivery. And the store doesn't even have a chance of making it in the time stated. I didn't even receive an invoice for payment. Customer support, 0 points.

Absolutely pathetic customer service asked the manager for a favour to change my unused shoes for a different size but he refused in such an unprofessional manner,These roles should be protected by a specific qualification atleast with an ethics course before giving them a manager role. This place is great, price, variation and variety. But I am sure they are missing on so much money because there is ALWAYS a huge delay at the cashier. I have had to leave things and go else where just because of the length of the queue. In the photos I show you how empty the shop is. But in one of the photos where you see a lot of people standing that?s when you see that the delay is huge in the cashier service. Didn?t take a clearer number of the people standing to avoid needing to blur faces.

Arrived this morning around opening times to get my son some new trainers, after choosing I had to search for someone to get me a pair his size she said she would be with me in a minute 10 minutes later a male approached and got them for me the size didn't fit and so I waited another 10 minutes for someone to be around to get me another size, after finally getting the shoes my husband was looking at t shirts but they were high up again no body around so he got the pole himself to take them down we got to thr front of the shop to see all staff members stood chatting we headed to the till and after 5 minutes I had to go around the shop to find someone to ask whether anyone was actually working the till today as a queue was starting to form, there was absolutely no one in the shop most of our visit apart from staff members but they were more interested in what everyone did Friday night than actually working, I will not be returning.

Poor customer service and unhelpful staff. They completely ignore you and for any query you have to wait and no one is there to help you. They are busy in gossiping with each other and they don?t care about customers.
