I ordered a mixed kebab they happily accepted my order then sent me a mixed starter with a naan instead then was rude about it when I rang them to rectify their mistake

Staying nearby due to work. Staff very polite and accommodating. A few more chutneys with popadoms would be good. Vegetarian options not so great so I hope they take my advice and start using Indian paneer cheese. My diner was therefore a non menu item. Very tasty but needed some sauce. Overall I quite enjoyed it. Really nice vibe and atmosphere.

I ordered takeaway via Uber eats. I left a review on there but it does not show you like just eat. I spent Nealy £50 in April , we chose multiple currys and starters and was ready literally in 5 mins for collection. The Currys was absolutely shocking , the rice was stogey like was frozen the chicken was same . I've had great meal in restaurant years ago but for a takeaway . The Currys although different had no taste and even though ordered different dish no difference. The biryani was even worse . Starters same again but stogey but edible. But i was highly disappointed. I hate down grading places but it's was rubbish and they had no issues serving us that .

Just eaten our first order from Spicey Cottage....delicious food..... delivered super quick - good and hot - by a very personable driver. Asked for medium and the spicing was perfect. .... highly recommend!

Used Spicey Cottage as a family for years! Nav, his family and team go above and beyond every time. The food likewise, perfect every time. We travel from the other side of Bradford each time to collect as is the best in town!

Spicey Cottage is an Indian restaurant. Established in 1984, it was the first to serve Indian cuisine in Wibsey. The restaurant offers both dine-in and delivery options, with a spacious car park available for patrons. Notably, customers are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Spicey Cottage also caters for special occasions such as parties, weddings, and functions. The establishment has been rated 5 stars by the Bradford Metropolitan District Council for its food hygiene standards.
The menu features a variety of Indian dishes, including chef's specials like Meat Karahi (boneless meat cooked with garlic, ginger, methi leaves, and fresh coriander) and Chicken Tikka Makhan (chicken cooked with fresh double cream, chef's special sauce, almonds, and cashew nuts). Vegetarian options such as Saag Aloo (spinach and potato) and Daal Tarka (lentils) are also available.

?? Outstanding food and friendly service in pleasant tasteful surroundings.
?It was Tuesday evening so it was quiet, which is what we wanted.
All at a fair price too ??
Will definitely come back.

Customers are no longer allowed to bring alcohol.into the restaurant. I love a glass of Cobra with a curry. Such a shame.

Had a take away tonight...food was lovely just lacking sauces and a little side salad...1 tub of yoghurt sauce doesn't go far especially when you've ordered starters...main and popadoms...and having no salad at all or a little lemon wedge to put over your chicken tikka..but we still enjoyed it

Always amazing curries here, better than the bigger more expensive places.. I have be going here since they opened their doors back in the 80?s and can honestly say that they are consistently good

I used to enjoy a curry here after a few in Wibsey. Not only is Wibsey now not the place it once was but so is this curry house. The food was like something straight out of a microwave, all stuck together. Was gutting really.
