I been with specsaver so many years, I am really happy to have it. but today i went, its so horrible service i been treated. I got subscribed contact lenses which have some offers and discounts for it. I pop in for new glasses as my previous one was broken. the man who was very friendly and nice to talk. once i picked some my favorite glasses and ask for help, the lady just take all out and said those are not suitable for me, well,ok, so find straight forward the expensive one for me as advice and said "this is only one option for you, or go somewhere else". I been so many years, I knew some of that. I am not rich as you looked. I choose Specsaver becauseI trust it, but I will decided cancel all the service, its not what i suppose to treated. As I can also go somewhere to get better service and my favorite glasses. ?

Have been going to Specsavers for years and am always happy with the service received. Took my 90 year old Dad recently and they couldn't do enough to ensure he chose the correct frames to fit his prescription. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had an eye test yesterday and was greeted in a very polite way sat and waited for part one, the eye scan. All explained with expertise and knowledge. It was then on to the eye test itself. Brilliant optician explained everything, and she used the old fashioned rack of lenses - a plus. Liked that.
Then it?s time to meet the sales department, walk this way Mr Pearson while we extract funds from your wallet and provide you with some glasses. Missy looked after me and we had an absolute blast trying glasses on, little bit of the giggles. Ok, there was a lot of the giggles.
If ever there was a dry run for customer service, this was it, absolute five stars. Thank you, and well done Missy.
