I had a contact lens appointment recently and the whole experience was excellent. The process was smooth, everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling really confident with my lenses. A big thank you to Safia, who was especially helpful and kind throughout the appointment. She was patient, professional, and made the whole experience a lot easier. Really appreciated her support.

Bad experience never going again staff are rude told me to wait i told them I got other appointments the booked me other appointments did need that appointment only needed my glasses repaired

I had a really good experience at Specsavers Broadway Bradford. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my appointment. The eye test was thorough, and everything was explained clearly so I understood each step. I felt well looked after and not rushed at all. The team were patient when helping me choose frames and gave helpful advice without being pushy. Overall, it was an excellent service and I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone needing an eye test or new glasses.

Very bad customer service. Front staff and manager were unprofessional in their customer service they need to be trained properly in customer service at least to smile and have good understanding to their customer needs.
If they carry on like this definitely this store will not last long as a business.
