I purchased glasses less than one year ago, one lense had fallen out, this should have been covered under 12 Month warranty but was told I could purchase another lense for half price, poor after sales

Always slow/delayed service but the staff are polite and professional and very reassuring. Just wish there was more organisation to the chaos so you weren't sat around like a lemon.

Staff members were polite and welcoming. My daughter kept crying the whole time during my visit and they all tried to calm her down while I was choosing my glasses. The cost of glasses were a bit high for me. Overall would definitely recommend all.

I had 3 great members of staff help me when I came for my eye test I had 2 wonderful women called Kayleigh and fozia and when selecting and getting my glasses ready for being sent off I had umar who was such a friendly and lovely man very helpful and when coming in the women at the front of the door is lovely so friendly and there to help and direct this stores staff are friendly and helpful and very dedicated wonderful experience every time I go
