came to get my glasses adjusted as they were very loose fitting. Umar did a great job helping me out and took his time with me to ensure the fitting was just right. Very helpful and attentive despite how busy it can be

I purchased glasses less than one year ago, one lense had fallen out, this should have been covered under 12 Month warranty but was told I could purchase another lense for half price, poor after sales
