The first time I used this travel agent was on the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. I have since returned as a customer on several occasions and always receive the same professional, friendly service as my first visit. I have recommended the business to several other family and friends who have all had a positive experience. The most important aspect for me is honesty and I have been given alternative advice when I have used the service and this has benefitted me more than what I originally had in mind thus saving me money in times where everyone is feeling the pinch. I rarely post reviews but based on the consistent service I have received, I feel it is my duty to write a review, we are quick to write about negative experiences but not positive ones.
