Recently bought new sofas from here (our old ones are from here and are still going strong after 8yrs, but we needed more seating). I was served by Ayaz and I have to say, he's a credit to the company. He was very friendly (in a genuine way), went above and beyond and wasn't pushy at all. We also got a bargain, compared to shopping online. I'd definitely recommend shopping in-store vs. online! Happy customer ?

Went to SCS at Forster Square Bradford today. Seems they don't want to serve you if you're Asian. If you're white that's great they'll walk right past you if you're not and go to the white people asking them if they're comfortable and deal with them and then another and another while you're standing around waiting around. Went to DFS instead and ordered my sofa. Oh by the way, these three "salespeople" who then stood around chatting before walking downstairs leaving me upstairs to look into the air were all Asian themselves. Shame on you people.

I went to Scs store in Bradford and met with Susan her customer service was excellent, she was very helpful when trying to find just what I needed and was overall the best. Highly do recommend visiting Scs for your sofas and flooring.

Just been into look for a new sofa and was greeted by a really friendly sales lady called Susan absolutely fabulous customer service spent hours with us making sure we got the correct sofa for our needs explained everything about it in detail and the aftercare package, had a great experience fabulous personality thankyou Susan

Excellent service in store. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Store manager arranged delivery as we needed the sofa bed delivering as soon as possible. Ziggy and Christian delivered the sofa and were fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough. They worked incredibly hard and really went the extra mile. Thank you

Just want to say thank you to SusanShe as delivered all the promises she said she one...We have been going years for sofas in the Bradford Foster Square but I have to say Susan is the one to go see & speak too she was so friendly, honest and was NOT pushy with the sale (which all know is a pain ) THANKS

Disgusting Customer SerivceCame in previous with wife as she liked a sofa from here. Today came in with two friends just to show them this place. HOWEVER as we was looking around we was made to feel unwelcome, the short staff member i think hes call ben (asian male staff member short looks around 25 to 32) is appealing and can tell he stereotypes people based on apparence. Firstly he came up to my mate asking him random question. Then again as we walked around kept staring at us and speak to his collegue about us from afar. after 5 mins I said to him (as a customer which you expect then as sales people to say at the beginning) how he's day was. Know what I was expecting was a friendly reply to say its been good sir ect ect, didn't get that at all what we got was a feeling of your not suppose to be here and you guys don't fit "the appearance of a Customer" just felt he thought we wasn't within a certain profile (not realising we all work proffesional high paid jobs) again looking around we went upstairs and he followed us wierldly walking every where we went after that I was going to say something on the lines of that actauly getting you 3 potentially sales but after today u have lost 3 customers and the coach I was going to buy which was going to cost over £2000 u have lost that sale and business due to the pre judging a personDisgusting would not waste my money here at all I deserve an apology in person not some stupid message on here or atleat a contact call so I can discuss how I was profiled, and felt out of place

Very bad customer service in Bradford store. Totally rip off. Rubbish quality sofas. It was not any were near what they show us in store and what they delivered. Also on the phone scs customer service is really poor. You can't contact your local store on the phone. Call goes to there main store. Really annoying. Don't ever pay deposit on first day. That what my wife did and they said its non refundable. Rip off

Went in to purchase a sofa today, found the sofa we liked and asked if they could hold this until Monday so we could sort out a van, manager came out said no and walked off, the sales representative we was speaking with was very pleasant but the manager that came over was very abrupt and rude. Bought a sofa elsewhere who were happy enough to hold the sofa for 2 weeks if needed. Would not recommend.

Con of a company and conmen in bradford branch sweet talk you into getting finance taking deposit for carpet befor its even measured saying we will give you free sofas and blabla ?..after measurement were done came back with ridiculas price when we refused and wanted to walk away all the sales guys gaatherd and ganged up on us including the manager shakil who was very arrogantCalled ikano canceld finance deal calld scs headoffice 8 times each time being passed around 4 times being passed back to that arrogant shakil who said we cant cancel give me 25 percent of the total then changed his tune to write it down you want to cancel and come down to branchSo wrote it on paper went down and guess what all sales guys and 3 managers gatherd around again bullying us wanted us to change our mindKeeping in mind we was well in our 14 day period to cancel it was 2 days onlyThen we told them the regional manager was looking into it then they all started sweating and canceld itMy advice to anyone there is a email of the ceo of scs on google email him he gets the regional manager on the case and shafts the store managers sidewaysSAVE YOUR MONEY BEWARE!!!!
