Pretty embarrassing customer service, asked for help as a ?lehman? and was sent away to the self service screen, I explained I don't know what I'm looking for and would like some help, the assistant Iqbal told me he's ?got other things to do? and he can't help and to use the screen. I was shocked and asked did you really just say to me ?what can I do?, I'm not allowed to help? he then got another staff member to come and help, who showed no real interest in helping and was rushing me so he can go away and do other things, pretty appealing service, if you don't like your job don't work here.

The most unhelpful staff with poor customer service.My wife bought two light fittings after taking in our old ones being replaced, and asked if the connections were comparable. Little interest from staff, who said you will have to see !Connections were similar but not the same size, so I returned them and asked if they had similar ones with larger connections. The girl said that I would have to look, but offered no alternate product.Very poor service, knowledgeable or unhelpful staff.

Just bought an item as it was so hot I asked for a glass of water and Michael gave me a nice cold bottle of water. Awesome service professional and polite. Duty manager was also polite and professional.God bless you always, much appreciated as I was gonna faint as the temperature soared up to 40 degrees in the car.
