This was a superb store to visit when travelling home, with aisles very clear for different food options! I grabbed some savoury cinnamon bites, priced at £2 for a good load of them.

I'm puzzled as to why there's security at this store, given that the alarms are constantly sounding. Honestly, they might as well hire a soggy banana for all the effect it has! And then there's the self-checkout attendant, Carmel, who really could benefit from some customer service training. I try to steer clear of shopping here whenever I can, as it?s not always a pleasant experience.

In this health conscious day and age, where are the fresh fish and deli counters.
Why does this store look so scruffy and run down.
The demographic has gone up in the Apperley Bridge but your store has gone down for sure.
I think I'll stick with Waitrose and M&S in the future...

Couldn't get the trolley right from the beginning. Expensive products, many staff, but not really aware of the smooth operations. No bags in bakery section.
