Bad service and poor communication all round, I've been chasing for hepatitis copy 4 months, on another day the copy cannot be located however on some days it becomes it magical appears but needs to be cleared the doctor who i guess is coming from heaven coming from hah

I feel extremely grateful to have been looked after for 40 years by this practice.All the staff, nurses and Doctors have always looked after my health, not just when I'm ill- but proactively telling me when I need a check up:- all done in a kind, caring and friendly manner that goes above and beyond the call of dutyI feel extemely fortunate to have these wonderful people on my side.Thanks to allJonathan

My mum had very bad experience at the practice today, came 30 minutes before appointment, reported to the receptionist who had no sympathy and care about you at all, left her sitting there 30 minutes missed telephone appointment, there was no clear information either face appointment or telephone appointment? on the booking system, very bad system? she is in lots of pain,and the non medical staffs had no sympathy at all, no apologies from receptionist, very poor practice, unacceptable, totally wasted tax payers money!!!!I was forced to give one star by the internet to be able to post! do not deserve any!!!!The receptionist need serious training, very poor skills , knowledge , most importantly NO compassion and care!

Since when did receptionists dictate who does and doesn't get medical care. Rececionist was extremely rude but when they don't like how you respond they remove your name from gp lists. Horrendous

Very careless receptionist.. checked in and waited for 30 minutes only to found out at reception that I wasn?t checked in by previous receptionist.. very careless and annoying.

I personally am new to this practice. And in my personal experience, all staff members have been friendly, polite & helpful.. that includes, GPs, nurse and reception staff. I'm happy I joined this practice.
