River Island is always a great place to go clothes shopping. Staff are always friendly and not overbearing which other store employees can be sometimes, nice to just get shopping done without being disturbed.
However could do with better updating of inventory, at this particular location the clothes are often ones that are out of date or been sitting here for a while, compared to the Leeds branch which has much more variety and new rotation of clothing.

It's ok i didn't really i enjoy browsing through the store the clothes weren't really great in my opinion and atmosphere wasn't good either it isn't somewhere i'd go back to shop.

So much variety in the men's department you don't need go elsewhere, service is with a smile and conversation with girl who served me today with mousy brown hair pink nails and green hood is a credit to river island . Iv describe her this way because they not allowed to give names..

Visited on March 28th at 2:30 PM and was extremely surprised by the stark contrast in customer service between the two floors. The woman on the first floor had a noticeable attitude?she seemed like she didn?t want to be there, looking moody and disengaged. She was completely oblivious to customers, loudly chatting with a colleague across the floor, and didn?t acknowledge me at all. I didn?t feel valued as a customer.
In contrast, the staff downstairs were excellent?one woman warmly greeted my wife and checked in on us while we browsed. It?s disappointing to see such a difference in service levels within the same store.

Lovely shop lovely items but the lady on the till with the blonde hair skinny very rude needs to learn some manners surprised she still is working there the gentleman men there is lovely and help full but the lady needs a p45 don?t think she likes working there

Amazing customer service from the beautiful young ladies who went above and beyond in helping me to style my outfits I received so many compliments when I went out. If anyone needs help styling an outfit Atiyah and Zahra do a great job. They made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming again.

Really not happy about the service right now just leaving the shop poor Mariam serving on the tills and a girl in the green scarf was asked to go on tills she has a chat with another girl who runs upstairs for further chats!! Never had a problem with this store but today I was running late and they didn?t acknowledge the que!!! Despite a customer asking/
