I ordered here for the first time on the 6th October and the products I ordered have lasted for this long. I have just done another order today. I have to say that the company are exceptional. I bought 2x of each juice and they are all absolutely beautiful, I also ordered some of the hot bombay mix which was exceptional. They taste fresh and are packaged very well. I also received a free box of sweets which are quite frankly the best tasting sweets I have ever tasted and received a £5 off next order voucher which i am assuming is because I was a first time customer. I used the voucher for today. The communication and the products made me want to order form here again and i will also be ordering more in the future. Thankyou so much.

I am a big fan of Paprika crisps since living in Belgium and Germany years ago. We have just been to Cyprus and brought back a few packets home. On the way home we stopped off at ASDA In Preston, and while shopping your we found your crisps. As soon as we got into the car we had to taste and WOW the flavour was amazing just like what we had in Belgium and Germany.
I had to write to say Thank you for amazing crisps. Other companies have tried but this is the best we had had in the UK.
We bought the other flavours but haven?t got to them yet, but if they are as good as the Paprika ones then they are going to be Great.
Asda in Preston is the only place I have seen them, where do you distribute to ?

I ordered lots of lovely food products from regal. Snacks & biscuits & cakes. Such a variety of things to choose from & so tasty. Really fresh products & superb quality. Got some puris to make pani puris & first time i made my own pani puris at home. So yummy & so many in the pack too. Will be trying out the sauces with different home made foods. Was so excited to receive my food parcel today. Fast delivery & really good service from regal. They also sent me a £5 voucher to spend towards my next order so that was a nice surprise

I normally buy regal foods from my local supermarkets and just happened to be searching for a item on their website that wasnt available in my local shop anymore. I discovered they have a online shop with a huge range of products available to buy direct from them and i thought id give it a go..Ordering was easy although no date is given for expected delivery at point of ordering however i got a message next day my order has been shipped (via dpd)..i had placed the order wednesday evening and the parcel arrived friday morning. The box had been double taped to keep it secure and upon opening everything inside had been packaged nicely with all the sauces and heavier items at the bottom and lighter stuff on top.the box had lots of padding to keep items safe and all the products were in excellent condition including the biscuits (not 1 broken biscuit). All the priducts had long dates aswell and the prices were same as they are in the local shops and delivery is free if you order over £20 which is easily reached by the huge range of foods they sell. Will be placing more orders direct from regal in future just for the range of stuff and convenience.Ordering 10/10Delivery and packaging 10/10Quality and life of products 10/10

A wide selection of products with everything being extremely tasty. The Madeira cakes are amazing as are the angel cake slices. I also am a big fan of the mixed fruit juice. Highly recommend

Ordered a gift from here. On the site it asked me to add a gift note, so obviously I did. After all it was a gift. We had to ask the recipient if they?ve got the gift and they said, they were wondering who it was from!Rang Regal up to ask them about this and they responded saying ?oh, sorry about that, we?ll have to let them know why it didn?t go through to processing because u did add a note.? So basically, if it wasn?t for me to let them know about this problem, this problem would?ve persisted. Very disappointed, as this was a gift and they had one simple job to add a gift note. The order saying ?Gift Box? should?ve made them realise that atleast.Anyway, first and last time ordering from them.Be careful when ordering gift boxes for Eid!

What an amazing company - delivered to your door as long as you spend over £15. Such an amazing choice of savoury snacks. The cheese and onion crisps are SOOO good. I purchased savoury snacks I have never seen before. First time customer 2 weeks ago and just put another order in its that good. Thank you for the excellent products and service you suply!!

A very respectable company. I love their sponge cakes but last time the quality was not as good as before. They kindly sent me a replacement. They honour anything less than perfect with their products & are a trustworthy company.
