The only thing that was good about this was the special fried rice. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken balls which were tiny. And the amount of sweet and sour sauce we got was only enough for one person. Considering we spent over £20 including delivery was really not worth it. Could have gone out to a restaurant for the same sort of money. Pointless. The driver couldn't even be bothered to follow the instructions and was really rude.

Terrible experience! I ordered food through Uber Eats, and it never arrived. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn?t even pick up the phone. I even called the restaurant, but they couldn?t help. Complete waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed!

Ordered a takeaway salt and pepper bag and majority of the wings were sevierly undercooked with large patches of pink colour would never eat here again

Poor quality food and items missing.
When rang to chase up missing items, the items were not sent out. No urgency to resolve a problem they caused.
The food was bland, not aure if they have heard of seasoning. The chicken qas like chewing leather.
Took an hour for the food and they couldn't get the order right, and missing items not delivered.
What a shambles, a long cry from what they once were.

Ordered takeaway at 7:30pm, was supposed to arrive 8:30pm. Called the store multiple times who repeatedly advised that the driver is 10-15 minutes away. 9:30pm and the food still didn?t arrive, called the store again who said that they kept trying to reach the driver but he wasn?t answering. Food arrived around 10pm, freezing cold. We were told to request a refund via Uber, which has now said we are ineligible for a refund. Tom Yum soup was filled with oil, had two frozen prawns in and was a horrible taste. Salt & pepper chicken was tough and so salty, is the worst I have ever tasted.
I should have read the reviews beforehand, and will never order again. When we spoke to the store, I mentioned the poor reviews and they said that it reflected the delivery not the standard of food, but the food was inedible!! Stay far away from this takeaway.

Made an order on uber eats waited over an hour called and got told at least another 20 minutes before they could start cooking our order asked to cancel it because they hadn't even started to make it yet but they're still charging us for the full order despite no food being made or wasted. Avoid this place. I'm actually furious.

Should?ve trusted the reviews! Took just under 2 hours to arrive. Pancakes stuck together, duck was burnt and chewy, prawn toast way overdone, chips stale and covered in chilli flakes, chicken balls cold and chewy. Best part was honestly the sauces. Diabolical.
