Chicken balti was sour. Chicken tikka pieces used in a chicken balti, why would you do that? The chicken pieces were also very large (literally large chicken pieces from a skewer). Really not sure why you would use chicken tikka piece in a balti but the chefs mistake will mean I won’t use you again
