Absolutely disgusting customer service. Called the chap on the till 5 times for him to ignore me because he was responding to an important message. I didn?t realise he was messaging with his mouth and couldn?t respond. After finally acknowledging I was asking him something he said ?nobody is dying?. Management need to teach the staff some customer service skills.

Ordered food with ofc never come. Ring them but only get excuses that driver was there as they use own driver. They ring ring me and also knock at door.... How that even possible when I literally waiting next to door all that time and there nothing what they said? Wtf.. And in end still no food..

Ordered on Uber. The food was shocking, how the heck can you get a chicken burger wrong, the chicken was cold, the bread cake was stiff, absolutely shocking. Absolute con. What goes around comes back around. If you can?t provide a service then stop pretending that you can.

Ordered pizza. Seriously there was nothing on it to say a chicken tikka pizza. Just some random 5 or 6 pieces chicken and few pieces capsicum. Seriously waste of money.

Ordered a boneless box which the burger cold and hard, the chicken strip looked like it had a bite taken out of it and the chicken, the chicken nuggets were cold and bland and they forgot some things on our order

Made the order at 18:18. 2 large pizzas. It is currently 1942 and we are still waiting. We live 10 minutes away from the store. I doubt they're even efficient enough to produce a refund.
