Very bad customer service ever in my life from the lady 50 to 60 years old and the manager on duty!!!
I bought a trouser this morning and it was tight on me so I decided to return it while am having my receipt but just because I removed the tags on it and they refused to accept it!!!! It?s unbelievable!!

The tills are absolutely shocking waiting in a queue only one till open wanted a gift card so couldn't go to self service . Which I think is a bad idea please open more tills only 6 ? It's a nightmare and you must have lost a lot of customers ?
