Great location near the city centre, no onsite parking, but car park only 2 mins walk away is only £1.50 for 24 hours.
Bit noisy when we were there due to roadworks.
Staff really friendly and helpful. Shame they couldn't fix our Aircon ?

Pretty good premier inn and great location but buffet breakfasts always never quite hot enough or fresh enough, so a bit of a disappointment . Parking is in a paid for car park behind the hotel. using the parking app. Paybyphone is more reliable, as machine won't give you a ticket or receipt and I wasnt sure it read my credit card !! Price is very reasonable £3.50 for 24 hours

Very disappointed with my premier plus room and after emailing them all I got was next time let the reception know and tgere nothingbthey can do about it.....I shouldn't have to ask for what a room should already have , a premium plus room should have a work station thats screwed and plastered into the wall i cant ask that from the reception, there should also be a leather swivel chair ,also armchair with a leg rest and the room should also have purple lighting i cant request all this from the reception the room should have this as standard ,i had to awkwardly do a 9-5 job on my bed.
Very poor service from premier inn customer service,I pay extra for this room and didn't get the extra. Even the TV felt like it was from the year 1999 very slow and sluggish. My advise is stick with a standard room unless you want to cause a scene and complaint and rant at the reception which a full paying customer shouldn't have to do.

not the greatest of premier inns. why the plus rooms are on the top floor i have no idea. 9th floor i think i was told to go, really wasnt ideal.
also please upgrade those tv?s, they are so dated and what with today?s technology, surely you can upgrade to at least enable guest to cast from their phones etc.

I was here in this particular hotel and out of all the hotels I have stayed in this has been the worst hotel ever. The bed was uncomfortable I had barely any sleep the blanket was made in such a strange and uncomfortable way. The bathroom shower didn?t have any power and I had to have cold showers because there was no heated water. The mirror near the entrance of the room was cracked at the top left hand corner and this is a safety risk. However the location is perfect walkable distance to the shopping center and quite close to restaurants.

Food is poor, service even worse out of any premier inn I?ve stayed in (note I?ve lived in premier inns half of my life). Very understaffed and half of those that exist are useless. Bed seemed extremely uncomfortable, only for me to find my mattress was upside down. No parking and the multi-storey parking out the back is cheap but don?t take cash.

Rooms are clean and spacious.
Heating not great. Turns off after a while.
Sucks that there aren't EV chargers close by.
Same staff service check-ins as well as the restaurant & bar. This takes forever, plan for this! At least 45min wait for even starters.
Breakfast is excellent. Wasn't too busy either.

Well located and very helpful staff. Felt like a reasonable price as well. One downside - we were travelling with a baby and they had run out of cots and they only had one high chair for breakfast (which was already in use at another table).

Man, the staff were so disinterested, they barely paid us any attention. Our room wasn't cleaned even after we told reception ? someone wrote it down but clearly forgot to tell housekeeping. We stayed three nights over Christmas and won't be back anytime soon, it was all because of the staff. The room wasn't cleaned once, so we had to reuse towels. The elevators were crazy, and the TV remote was useless. Not a single staff member even said hello or asked how our stay was. At checkout, I couldn't find the drop-off box, and some lady yelled from the bar, "ARE YOU LEAVING???" Seriously, what a terrible experience.

Very good room staff are so helpful the hotel is spotless slept really well and I normally don?t sleep well breakfast was very nice and lots of variety well done Bradford premier in no hesitation I will be stopping here again

The room looks like it?s been newly renovated, it was very nice and clean. (I was missing a pillow case but was already for Bed before I even noticed) breakfast the staff couldn?t have been more helpful. We parked in the large car park opposite the hotel and paid £3 or £4 for the night, literally next to is a multi-storey that?s £1.50 per stay.
The town centre is literally over the road from the hotel.
