I use this post office quite often. I always find all the staff very polite and helpful. No I have no reason to complain.

1 star for this rubbish post office and the condescending post lady who was so unhelpful in me delivering a letter I just asked her for a bit of tape to seal the envelope and she started mouthing on about that she?s not a stationary shop loool . Don?t know what kind of post office don?t have a bit of sellotape . So unhelpful in the time of need and so rude .

Would not give me a piece of selotape to stick address to parcel which I thort was a bit out of order considering I was paying for special delivery told me I had to buy a roll of my own from them ? guarantee next post office I go to will cant see them being that sad

Refused to let me pay Scottish 20s into my bank account. Was fobbed off with they are easy to fake and would need to go to a bank. Went to another post office round the corner sorted it no problem. Won?t go here again.

What a rude woman working on the post office counter. No customer service skills whatsoever! I was queuing with an envelope in hand & needed a postal order. She shouted over ?pay for that at shop counter? I said I need something else from this part. Got to front of queue & she said cash only for post orders & a £10 fee
I had to leave queue & put envelope back to go to cash point & came back to queue again with an envelope. Got my postal order & she said pay for that over there.
It was the way I was spoken to & not particularly what was said. She was rude & appeared to deliberately want to make my interaction as difficult as possible . Get another job love!
The young man on shop counter was very pleasant.

To be honest is poor service for customers so better avoid this post Office. I REMEBER WHEN I send pendrive to me friend and she did mistyke with poscode.... I reported but she still told me about (no my foult )I showed her receipt

These 2 ladies are rude and worst customer service experience. They should get some nice staff. I saw how they treated an old man while I was waiting for my turn....no respect. I would give no stars...

Always travel out of my way just to come to this post office, I find the two ladies very helpful and patient, pleasant and polite which you don?t find in many post offices i?m afraid! Always had a good experience, thank you!! ?

The lady working at the post office is very rude. She has often come across as racist. And when I do visit she treats customers very differently based on their background. It?s outrageous and very upsetting as I try to be as understanding as possible but she?s just plain rude. She will often scream at customers for being in the wrong line and is nowhere near polite. I try avoiding this branch and only visit when I have too. I have severe anxiety and I often dread visiting. I hope they can sort this issue out soon.
