Bought a shed 7x5 apex through eBay from this company they messed me around on delivery dates and then said they couldn?t deliver what I paid for and offered a cheaper product on a pallet with no reduction in cost eventually I got a full refund.Think the problem was no other deliveries in my part of the country.Timewasters and wouldn?t recommend. Was let down by someone on 4 occasions and was in need of a shed delivering asap. Called in here on a Monday morning, ordered a factory second 10x6 and it was with me by the Friday. The driver who delivered it was great - very friendly and chatty and went above and beyond to help me as it was a difficult drop. The quality of the second is a lot better than I could have expected. Great prices, great service and great sheds. Will be back and recommending to friends & family

Bought a new shed from pinelap last year, it was delivered on day and time I was told.The Very helpful driver managed to get his truck around the back of the house to help with unloading.Due to bad weather and holidays I have only just built the shed up and am very pleased with the quality, everything was supplied with it from screws to roofing felt and was easy to erect by 2 people.Over all very pleased and I would buy from them again.

Very rude when we turned up to pick up, was told we could go anytime before 2pm but they were on their lunch and were disinterested with helping, put it as far away from our transport as they could expecting us to park on a yellow grid. Awful people to deal with never again.

This is place is THE place to go for your next garden shed. These guys make to order and used decent materials and can tailor it to your needs. My friend was after a shed and after getting ridiculous quotes and time lines we found they guys and got exactly what we wanted with delivery and a fair price to build it as well. Can't go wrong. Bless these guys they do a fantastic job.

Used Pine lap over the years and received quality service and quality sheds.Ordered a large shed and was delivered Nov 2021. We asked for Georgian windows put plain were put in when we asked about this they simply put a wooden frame over the window. The iron furniture is very poor quality, 2 hinges have snapped. A gap was left at back of shed which they said we needed for ventilation?The roof went black inside very quickly which I have now been told is because it is soft wood?Now our roof is leaking in quite a few places and ruined some of our things. After speaking to them they said it?s because of the recent weather we have had or it maybe cats that have made holes in the felt from clawing? Mini chateau had some damage, so I messaged them and they said I'm to expect some damage. There should be no damage which they replied they call me in the new year and I'm still waiting and were in February. Considering it cost nearly 2k I'd expect no split damage, gaps or cheap wood. Very unprofessional
