Visited the Bradford store on Thursday 28th December to purchase a gift for my wife, the queue was long but decided to wait. I noticed there was only 1 staff member serving, nearly every customer commented asking her where are the staff. Some customers left, I came in about 12:30 nearly 45 mins waiting, the sales assistant was still on her own, she was polite and thanked me for waiting her customer service was good.

Paid a visit to Pandora this afternoon, I was served by a lovely lady Tanzeena, who was respectful and kind. She accommodated to whatever I needed and showed me a few options in for what I was looking for. She was very helpful and well mannered.

Had such an easy time shopping although it was very busy and the lines were long, a staff member called tanzeena was so lovely, friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for my sister?s birthday! ?

great customer service from one of the employees i believe her name is tanzeena she helped me find the perfect ring for my mum?s birthday i told her my mum is very picky with her jewellery and she managed to find one that my mum really liked!!

What a pain,took almost an hour to buy a gift,problems with till,problems with change,offered to pay card instead ,problems with procedures. I didn't want to spend an hour watching untrained staff no matter how pleasant, struggle with the till

I find Pandora stores quite overwhelming best of times with how bright they are and sometimes so busy. Went to pick up an online order and was served by Taylor, in Westfield Bradford. She was so helpful and patient because we wanted to exchange one of the orders we had and ended up purchasing an additional charm. The store was getting busy but she took her time with us. Will be going back to the store for future purchases.

Vistied this morning , was served by a lovely lady called Channel . Exchanged an item that was too small , and how to sort out an ring with a stone missing .This lady was so helpful . Came away feel reasurred .Thankyou for taking your time to explain ( safety chain) and explaining how my app works , i am one pleased gold member .

Loved the jewellery as it was a gift for my mums 40th birthday the people were nice at first but then they got annoyed because I said no thanks to a 5 pound gift box and 5 pound piece of cloth just for jewellery and got annoyed when I picked the free box and bag but I will be coming back just wish the people there wasn?t as rude all over a an item I didn?t want ?

Very poor service. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The women serving us didn't even ask if we wanted the earrings and ring in a box, didn't realise she had put nearly £100 worth of jewellery in cheap tissue paper until we gave the items as a gift. Felt very embarrassed when it was opened in front of everyone, made the gift seem very cheap. Will not be returning.

Such stuck up staff in the Bradford branch. Always have a slapped face on and mad rude. Nothing compared to earnest jones or h.Samual or warren James!
