Mother daughter date night watched imaginary. As always the cinema was awesome. Only thing id say is they didnt clean up after the last show but everything else was great :)

Comfy cinema ?Make sure you get there early if you want some food and drinks cos it may get busy and you might be waiting for your turn for a long time.

The cinema is clean, very comfortable with ample parking and disabled facilities. Hate the click and collect style ordering (food & drink) before you enter!! Would not rate this cinemas popcorn either.

I'm giving 3 stars because some of the customers who were present in the theatre room were smoking weed but could not tell who it was since it was really dark in the screen room. The security guard did not arrive to do regular checks you cannot be smoking that rubbish especially when kids are present luckily enough there weren't any children at the time. I spoke to the security after the movie and I'm sorry to say but absolutely clueless staff. Apart from that the experience is absolutely brilliant the recliners are the best thing about Odeon.

As I walked in I was met by two guys, one of which bluntly said ?enter your registration over there at the panel or you will be fined? !!! ?.. It seems the car park is monitored by ?Horizon Car Parks?, I?d hazard a guess they have ANPR monitoring you in and out, and if you don?t log your registration on the system, then you?ll automatically get a £85 fine in the post ! ?.. How nice, and it looks like people are getting caught out and slapped with fines, which are rejected when contested with evidence of being in the cinema, so on that note ?I?m Out? ?.and won?t be coming here again !

Parking Scam, go watch a film to be fined £85 for parking for over 2hrs. Films are over 2hrs when you have to watch the adverts etc. You appeal as you are genuine customer and you still have to pay, granted at reduced fee but why do you have to pay anything when genuine customer?Odeon, get your staff in order and advise the customer when they come in and move the iPad's into a place you can see them, you know like your screens for making you money... popcorn.

Beware. Received a £80 parking charge notice when going to see a 2.5 hour showing for 'overstaying the maximum stay'. It's a cinema.... 2.5 hour films are normal these days.Apparently you have to enter your registration somewhere within the Odeon. We were not directed to do this by any staff member.
